What lease terms are available?
Savannah House of Yukon offers 12 month lease terms
How do I apply?
The easiest way to apply to Savannah House of Yukon is through our website. Click "apply now" in the top right hand corner of the home page. However, you can pick up a paper application in person in the leasing office. Please check office hours.
What are the application and move-in fees?
At Savannah House of Yukon, our application fee is $30. This can be paid online at the same time as the online application is filled out or it can be paid in office via money order or cashiers check.
What are the monthly fees in addition to rent?
At Savannah House of Yukon, the rent, water, disposal water, garbage pick up, and preventative pest control service is all included in the monthly fees. All of these are wrapped into one easy monthly payment.
What utilities do residents need to set up?
At Savannah House of Yukon, the future resident will be required to set up electrical service prior to move-in. The future resident will also be responsible for setting up optional internet/cable services.
Is renters' insurance required?
At Savannah House of Yukon, renters' insurance is not required, however, it is highly recommended to all residents.
When is rent due and how can I pay?
Once you call Savannah House of Yukon your home, regular rent payments are due on the 1st of every month. The rent payments can be made via our simple resident app on your phone, or it can be paid in person in the office.
What are the credit and income qualifications?
At Savannah House of Yukon, we encourage everyone to apply who is over the age of 62. Income ceiling qualifications will vary per apartment. We encourage talking to a live person in the office to verify these numbers.
What happens if a roommate does not qualify?
At Savannah House of Yukon, if your roommate does not qualify, then we can not move that person into an apartment.
Can I break my lease if I receive a job transfer?
Yes! At Savannah House of Yukon, you can pay a lease break fee of 2x the monthly rent payment
Can I switch to a month-to-month lease after my first year?
At Savannah House of Yukon, we do not offer month-to-month leases. Leases are only in 12 month intervals
Is there a guest policy?
Yes, At Savannah House of Yukon, a guest must not stay in the apartment for more than 14 consecutive days without our prior written consent, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No furnished apartments at this community.
Is subletting allowed?
Subletting is not permitted at this community.

At Savannah House of Yukon, your know apartment home will come supplied with a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal.
Are washers and dryers included?
Savannah House of Yukon offers washer and dryer hookups only.
What are the countertops and flooring like?
At Savannah House of Yukon, your apartment will feature beautiful countertops in the kitchen and the bathroom. Your apartment will also feature a combination of vinyl flooring and carpet throughout the floor plan.

At the Savannah House of Yukon, we are not allowed to accept your package deliveries in the office. All package deliveries should be directly delivered to the resident front door
